1) Where can I park?
We are located on the corder of 3rd Street and Sycamore Ave. Sycamore is a residential street and there is free two hour parking 8am -6pm everyday except Sundays. On off hours you can still park on Sycamore on the north side of 3rd St. Street parking is the easiest!
2) Do I need any experience to take Reformer Pilates classes?
We are happy to have you at our studio if you have no prior experience! It’s best to do a private session first before taking group classes, so we offer a 1 private + 1 class special for new clients that is priced at $85. This is designed to give you a one on one introduction before class. You can check out our intro specials HERE
3) What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid loosing your class or private session.
4) Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer private Pilates sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. Please contact us for more information or to schedule a session.
5) What are the class sizes?
Our classes typically have six participants (this is the max), allowing for personalized attention and a more intimate experience.
6) How often should I take reformer Pilates classes?
For best results, we recommend attending 2-3 times a week. However, the frequency can vary depending on your fitness goals and schedule.
7) What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing that is too loose and that may get caught in the equipment. You can be barefoot or use socks (we recommend grip socks).
8) How can I schedule a class?
You can book directly through our scheduler. If you do not have a profile with us already, you will be prompted to create one when booking. If you do, then you will be prompted to sign into your account. Access our scheduler HERE
9) Do you have memberships and packages?
Yes! We offer memberships and packages that will give you a lower rate per class. You can check these out on our rates page HERE
10) How do I cancel a scheduled class?

3. Select “Book a Class”

4. Click “My Account” and sign in

5. Go to “Schedule” and cancel your selected class

11) How do I check my remaining classes?
